The only problem I had was that it wasn't very relaxing because the music was always so loud (and I like music!) but the staff was wonderful!

Need to make additional purchase of their special products to use equipment (slimming treatments) $$$$$!
Make sure all equipment is working properly. ..last two visits my capsule didn't have vibration

You have to buy products (which are not cheap) to use the services. Didn't really appreciate being asked if I wanted a membership right away. But the sauna and massage was great!
