Most of the employees are very knowledgeable. My Great Dane has many health issues and the right food is very important to his well being. The employees of the Oak Lawn, Il store are amazing and have never steered me wrong with which products would benefit my dogs health and well being.

The doggie self wash at 87th Ridgeland was wonderful. We have a rescue dog, afraid of going to a groomer and being caged, so this was the solution. The room was clean, all supplies were available, and we were done within a half hour...Thank You for making this so easy.

I took my two dogs for the first time to Pet Supplies Plus to try out their self-wash and it was a great experience. The staff were super friendly, they gave my mom and I a tour of the store since it was our first time there. They took their time showing us their self-wash facilities which were beautiful! Super clean (no dog hairs everywhere like other places) everything looked brand new. I am definitely returning with my puppies. I would recommend this place to all dog lovers out there.
