Been practicing yoga for 20+ yrs and have been to many studios & teachers. Tim does a great job helping people correct their poses to allow them to increase flexibility and awareness. He challenges us to keep trying, moving towards increasing strength, flexibility and balance. His style integrates cardio & strength training that leads to a stronger, more flexible body than most other styles. 👍

Tim is really great. He makes sure everyone goes a little further than before (a handhold, a balance pose, or a pushup) and helps you as you struggle to get there. This is a strength-based yoga style, so you will be sore afterward but in a good way :)
