I love this place. Great staff, friendly service, laid back environment.

Overall, I enjoyed the experience. The staff provided excellent customer service, once they arrived. The staff was almost one hour late to appointment. Thankfully, I had the owner's cell phone number and called, otherwise I would have assumed it closed.

The couples massage was a nice treat for my girlfriend and me. While I've never had a facial before, it was quite an interesting experience. Just a few comments to help the experience for future customers: 1) In other massage establishments I've been to, relaxing music is played in the lobby and as part of the massage. That will add to first impressions upon entering the establishment as well as help block out some of the Downtown Oakland city noise. 2) It was my first time ever to get a facial. It would have been nice to get an explanation as to what was being done and what products are being put on my face. Overall, I had a positive experience, and plan to return in the future.

Very nice and relaxing

Great people, great massage and facial, they use really good products! The Network Wellness Spa is a must if you are in Oakland. Parking is nearby and the Spa is a step away from the lake.

The facial was great, but the back massage did not seem professional grade.
