A lovely sanctuary in which to leave the world for a short time. The instruction I received was so gently and carefully given. I was in physical difficulty before I came and my lessons have given me confidence in knowing my body better. I will continue with classes.

Center for Yoga has wonderful yoga instructors, especially for the beginner. I've taken both the beginner and the ageless yoga classes. All told, I've had classes with three different instructors. Each one brings a unique perspective, but each one is engaging and very precise in helping students learn.

This is a wonderful yoga studio. The instructors are friendly and help me to work my best each class. I highly recommend this studio. I've been a regular for over 2 years and love my weekly yoga practice. I would go to other classes if my schedule allowed.

The instructor that I have met was not at all intimidating, very laid back, and fun. I look forward to getting back in there.
