Extremely fun and a great workout. Bring a towel to wipe the sweat off your face though if you tend to sweat, because it gets really warm in there. The mixed apparatus class with the lyra (aerial hoop) was fun, but there were only 2 hoops and 10 people so you didn't get much time actually getting to use the hoop. Would not recommend that class just for that reason. Take the pole kitten though. Super fun.
