About Tomato Dodge

Inspired by the La Tomatina festival in Spain, Tomato Dodge is a combination 5K run and food-fight extravaganza. During the fun 5K, runners skirt tomato pits and ambush zones. Once across the finish line they strap on goggles and arm their hands with juicy produce. The large-scale tomato-hurling exhibition exclusively makes use of tomatoes that are over-ripe and too old to sell, giving them a final hurrah rather having them wind up directly in the trash.
