It was unfortunate that I could not have a manicure and pedicure at the same time as my friend as they are only set up for one at a time. When I originally scheduled my visit I had great dificulty getting through the telephone. They never returned voice-mail messages (Why set up VM if you are not going to use it?) and they never apologized for failing to respond when I finally got through on the phone.
