About The Slowdown

On most nights at Slowdown, the stage vibrates with the chords of established and up-and-coming musicians playing rock, folk, and world music. Despite its musical mission, Slowdown has hosted nearly every kind of indoor event, from wedding ceremonies and receptions to theatrical productions, more commonly known as "live movies." On select evenings, the space also hosts special theme parties and pub trivia.

No matter what's on stage, the bar pours a revolving selection of imported and American craft brews, 12 of which are available on tap. A plethora of cordials, gin, whiskeys, and other spirits makes for endless cocktail combinations.
