This is my first time doing crossfit, or being in a gym after 10+years. I walked in feeling totally intimated, however once I met Moses he made me feel comfortable. He took his time and explained every step every move, he was very patient with me. Im so glad I bought this deal! Im excited to go to my next class! The facility was clean, they did temperature checks before I was able to walk in.
