The instructions in the lit are confusing. I may have to contact a dentist to ask him how to use the product.

This tooth whitener was by far the WORSE tasting tooth whitener. It taste like gasoline. I have been using tooth whiteners for over 10+ years with great success. I would never buy this brand of tooth whitener again.

I did not like their product. The so-called thermoform tray did not work well. I tried to get more info from their website but their domain name had expired. I will not buy from them again

Had issues with the voucher not being valid. Emailed and waited awhile for a customer service rep to respond and fix the issue, took 2 weeks too long and I haven't recieved my item yet. Disappointed.

Took forever to have the voucher redeemed so I could pay to have it sent to me. Still waiting to receive it. Process has been very, very frustrating.

First their site keep saying that my order # was invalid. I had to email them so they could correct the issue. Still, I have yet to receive this product in the mail even though I paid extra for shipping.
