mia is great!

the service i received was what i would have expected, and the person doing the service was nice and pleasant to talk to. however, it was very difficult to redeem because i had to call several times to make an appointment and had to do this 2-3 times until i could find a time that would work for my schedule because i think they only had 1 person for the service requested. also, people i had spoken to on the phone were rude at times.
