Did the Ariel Yoga. Very fun! Helps if you have done Yoga before because I didn't know the moves and had to keep looking up/back at the instructor to see what she was doing.

The aerial yoga was fun and the instructor, Iris was great! The experience wasn't intimidating for a beginner and there were options available for the advanced. All of the staff were very friendly.
