First personal training session with Dawson. The workout was fun and effective. Place is clean and the staff is friendly. Plan on trying a yoga class soon

Fabulous and knowledgeable instructors who make yoga approachable and a special experience. Erin is the best. You will feel as if you walk taller after a Yoga Practice with Erin, and she will help you be better at the practice.
