They were very accomodating to the fact that I was not home and spoke to me on the phone to let me know what was going on.

No difficulty in booking furnace maintenance appointment in a timely manner. Technician was friendly, tidy & considerate (volunteered to take off his work boots and carry them to the basement stairs), and appeared to be competent (hard to tell since I'm not a furnace technician). On completing the work, he went through his report to explain how my furnace's performance ranked compared to the standard for it's model and age. Very satisfied... And saving $30-50 on the usual price of a visit didn't hurt either. I would recommend Advanced HVAC's furnace maintenance service to others.

Got some good information from the tech along with the service provided about branches over my AC & kitty litter too close to my furnace.

Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions as I watched the entire inspection, and provided good advice as well when I asked. I plan to use them again, and I feel more confident that my furnace and AC are in good working condition. I looked them up on the BBB site, and they've been in business since 2007 but only with BBB since 2011 (5 employees not 3). I think it may have been Mr. Martin Laplante (President) that came out himself. Anyway, Martin was the name on the business card I was given, and he said he had 11 years experience and would provide me with references should I need them in the future - which are like gold in my opinion. So I felt that I was given better than average support.

The technician was supposed to contact me the day after his visit to inform me for the cost of a part. A week later I am still waiting for him... I am not impress by that
