Chamel was the company that cleaned my vent and I found them to be competent & professional . Their website is http://www.chamelinc.com/dryer-vent-cleaning-ottawa.html. There was a problem that the installer had but one call to the manager and all was resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Chamel
