Thank you so much for being so accommodating yesterday. It was truly appreciated and all 4 of us appreciated it [as I told Nat what a pain she'd been by not organizing herself to get there to eat]. It was really nice of you and shows O'Connor's goes the extra mile. We'll be back.

Great decor, good deal with cinema ticket, service slow. If the servers could provide same enthusiasm as manager it would be good. Our nachos were good but waited half an hour for them. If going out for dinner OConnors would not be my first choice in Centrum. Customer Service training would be a good idea.
