Shuttled out to Anacapa Island on the 53-foot Sunfish, Blue Ocean Kayaking paddlers can explore the natural sea caves in open-top kayaks that are included for them. Led by knowledgeable guides, tours navigate the surrounding waterways, giving guests the chance to see lava rock caves, spot dolphins, whales and a variety of seabirds. Groups are then picked up by the boat at the end of their tour instead of having to hike back to a take-off point or paddle against the current. Excursions are suitable for all ages and experience levels, and equipment and instructional presentation is included.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had! Definite bucket list item down! The crew was amazing and worked to make sure it was an awesome experience. To be honest, I got sick, but I have vertigo and expected it. The crew was very concerned and attentive in making me feel comfortable! I definitely plan on doing this again!!!

Excellent guides. Great time and a lot to see. Loved the kayaking thru the caves and loved the nature.

We had so much fun on our Anacapa Island sea cave adventure! Staff and guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure you were comfortable before heading out. Definitely plan on going back and using Blue Ocean Kayaking again! Make sure to bring sunscreen - you’re gonna need it! :)

This was our second time out with Blue Ocean. We were celebrating my sisters 65 Birthday!!!!! There were 10 in our group and it was so much fun. We got to explore caves on the island. The guides were super fun and knowledgeable and we are definitely planning a third trip.

What made this excursion so great was the information that our guide provided during the kayaking part. We learned wonderful facts about the island, fish, and the general area.
