Really liked the staff! And for the first time in a while loved their frames! Love the new brands they've added! Still needs to improve the appearance of the place seems a bit outdated but overal a good experience !

Everyone's very friendly. They'll work out a payment arrangement if you can't pay the balance in full for your glasses/contacts at the time of your appointment. I received my glasses within 8 business days!

The staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Shaffer was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing as he examined my eyes. They have a large selection of reasonably priced frames to choose from. I did not give 5 stars because the office really needs an update but overall a good experience!
