Love the place, everyone is super sweet and friendly.
they offer variety of yoga classes with different levels and timings accommodate everyone.
Would highly recommend the place.
The studio could be considered a bit small, since you need to reserve your spot before you show up to the class. Other than that the place is awesome!

Went for my first class today, and felt super at ease even though I'm a complete beginner. There were other advanced folks but we all just did the movements to our own abilities, sometimes we'd even all have our eyes closed to just focus on your body. Loved it!

Our yoga instructor Sarah was marvelous! One of the best yoga classes I've ever had. I'm recovering from a knee replacement so I got ex.actly what I needed.
