First time taking yoga at PBY and Tommy was the best. He explained all aspects of the studio and nailed it. Will continue to go to classes for sure.

Great first class! Felt rejuvenated after. Make sure to bring a towel because you'll be sweating a lot! Overall great experience. The instructor was very helpful during the session.
