No intimidation here!! The owners and staff are very friendly, helpful and full of encouragement. I recommend anyone that has been intimidated about going to a gym to at least try it out!

I enjoyed my 5 weeks. It was hard work and I wish I did not lose my job because I really wanted to continue to go. I lost fat and inches and gained awesome muscle. I am on the look out for another 5 weeks with them as soon as can afford it.

Very attentive staff. Never a dull moment because the workouts always change. Time frame is perfect. I can go in on my lunch break, get a full body workout and be back in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

HEW is wonderful! All the staff are amazing and the members are like a big family. They are really sincere when they cheer you on it's like everyone wants to see you succeed no matter what and to your own level. I felt comfortable from the first day, you see people of all ages, health, and in different places of life but yet it's a no judge zone. You feel like a winner no matter what!
