The 18% gratuity automatically to the food and drinks is an imposition considering the service at the Ibar was not good

Everything about the resort except the pool seemed dated... The courses were not exactly in prime conditions. Staff was friendly but not really knowledgable about the happenings of the resort. They couldn't answer golf questions and just simply referred us to the pro shop?!
