Great gym/ah-mazing staff. I have tried Wesley's, Kendrick's and Doc's classes and have loved them all. Patrick has also been very personable and made me feel welcomed at all times. The membership is not very flexible so it makes it hard to have a dual membership elsewhere. Definitely recommend it!!!

Great class structure and very easy to follow for beginners yet challenging for all levels. It is great workout! Highly recommend to try it out.
