The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable.

The gym was filled with a lot of seniors, but the staff I came across was nice. It was a little annoying that people would sit at the machine for 30 min talking about golf and right or left hand preferences. I gave up after 30 min of waiting and hearing their conversation, so I never did get to use that machine. Their were enough cardio machines and weight machine were easy to figure out. I didn't take a class, but they appear to have a variety. They had machines that I've never seen, free weights, bands, and room to do other things. I would recommend this gym to newbies, above 40, and very patient people at the gym and no hurry. If your someone that wants in and out than maybe wait until after 7 or 8 and see if the gym is better (I bet it would be). If your someone on a time crunch and can't wait for a weight machine than be careful. I did go around 2, and only one time. I think seniors socialize more at the gym than I do, but it was worth what I paid and has better hours and classes than my last gym. I hope it will work out for me. Oh and the gym was clean. They provided towels and lockers (very nice touch).

ITS A COOL NICE GYM

Very friendly staff. Super clean gym with great equipment! As a person also doing physical therapy I find that the gym has all the bands and weights I use in therapy. Very easy to navigate and not too crowded.
