The hours of operation allow varied workout times. The gym is centrally located and is surrounded by wonderful stores for shopping. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; Demonstrating each machine and its proper position for my height and size.

This gym is very large with plenty of machines and lots of great classes including Zumba, Power Boxing and others.
The bathrooms are a bit on the small size with not enough benches and small lockers but if you're at the gym then you're there for a workout. You can certainly get one here.
