It was fantastic! Porshe is an excellent instructor! Her explanations were informative! I took my daughter and two daughter in laws to try it out. They enjoyed it too! The facility was clean and comfortable! Only positive comments! Highly recommend!!!

I had my first session with Breezy today, she eased all my anxiety and fear. She was very professional patient and informative making sure my body was in the right alignment and explained the benefits of every strengthening activity.
