I attended the Warm 60 for my first class, which seems to be a middle of the road class. It was perfect for me, a beginner in yoga and first time hot yoga participant. The instructor Wes was welcoming and helpful as to showing me the studio, where things are, and how the class goes. I felt very comfortable and am excited I bought the two month unlimited versus 10 classes.
