Swanky, hip, classic Old World Palm Springs, with a completely updated vibe. Gorgeous private rooms, quaint boutique Adults-only property with access to the sister property next door. Continental breakfast al fresco. 24 hour pool and jacuzzi. Wonderful, personable staff, took the experience over these top. Could not ask for better.

Gorgeous very private rooms due to having no common walls and each being situated to have outdoor decks that are separately walled and facing in different directions. Beautifully decorated.

Lobby closed; check-in/out managed by Triada next door, a much nicer hotel. Room 24 upstairs was quiet, but shower door allowed water to flood the floor. Only 1 hook in the bathroom. Bed was comfy! Moved to 27 downstairs by pool. Flooded by light & traffic noise! Cable was out, unit not vacuumed, ac filters needed changing, sofa filthy, blinds missing/broken. Clean bathrooms in both units.

The bathroom is old and ugly. The whole room needs to be remodeled, attention to small details. Whole in the wall in the bathroom.
