Intense Fitness and Events offers running events and indoor boot camp classes. Using bodyweight, dumbbells and plyometrics exercises to give you an indoor workout in a short 30-40 minute class with great upbeat tunes. There will be an amazing, guided weigh-in when you start the program and at the end to see the results. Please bring your own yoga mat and water.

We walked the 5k. Finished in the back, but had a wonderful time. Well organized, many booths to see various products, and it got me off the couch at age 60!
