The owner at Total Body in Parma is a bit abrasive, has a very straight forward personality, could've been more welcoming to first time customers.

It was great. Staff was excellent and it was a very comfortable atmosphere.

Slow down, stop rushing through the clients. Take time w the consultations, we are people, not simply means to make money as fast as you can. Get some disinfectant spray. If you'd rather be somewhere else than in your office, then do so. Gratuity is for good service, not an entitlement. I wish you had enough time to discuss the effect of colon therapy on the kidneys, as I now have a Dr. Appt for kidney pain as I have been increasingly uncomfortable ever since.

The customer service was terrible, the specialist was not understanding and was very impatienti did not enjoy my experience at all

Your facility's standard for cleanliness should be much higher! The decor is tired and worn. No toilet paper in the bathroom - really?! Services were not explained well and I did not feel important as a customer. I would have been even more disappointed if I paid the full price of $170 for the 3 services.

Not attentive staff, my time in session was cut short
