If you're looking for a good gym where you can actually learn proper technique, this is it. If you just want to do cardio, tell me you don't get tired learning these skills.

What a great workout, but classes/workouts are probably geared for people who take fitness and self defense seriously. I recommend being in good shape before you attempt these classes.
