I've never done yoga before so I'm an absolute beginner and it was amazing! Jeff helped me out with the poses and made sure I got it. I have never sweat so much in my life! I'm energized and exhausted at the same time. Can't wait to go back!

I really like it.... I'm still on adjustment period trying learn everything, the instructors are great, they are helping you much to get the right body pose.

Everyone was very helpful. The instructor were very helpful in answering my questions. Drink LOTS of water . You will sweat!!!

The studio is great and consistent! The instructors are all supportive and add their own flavor to the class! Definitely takes practice getting used to the heat but it's worth it so stick with it!

As a total novice to "hot yoga" the experience was intense but I made it all the way through. The staff was great from the front desk personnel to the instructor. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Since it was my first day the instructor explained what to expect and how to react. He was encouraging and helpful throughout the class. Would recommend this studio wholeheartedly.
