You should not advertise laser hair removal if you are doing IPL treatments since this is rather misleading and as you can see the inappropriate application has caused burns. I'm very upset and the discoloration on my legs are very troubling since I'm concerned that it will not heal without scarring and the experience with the pain, irritation, and distress was all very unnecessary. I hope no more patients get hurt by this.
