Philip was awesome! He was professional and did my gel manicure quick! The salon had a warm feel and the employees were very courteous. The salon was very clean and I liked the ambience. I'm definitely going back!

Great customer service. I was the only one at the salon that day which made it extra nice. I didn't get the name of the man who did my gel manicure and pedicure but he really took his time and made me feel relaxed.

Service was ok; I was hoping that more pampering would be involved, but not really. The nail person had heavy hands; at times it was a bit painful when pushing back the cuticles with so much strength. Also, the massage was maybe 20 seconds per arm/hand. At a place that charges as much as it does I'd expect around 5 minutes for massage. Also, I asked for a design; the upcharge was $5. I wanted faded glitter tips. The nail person misunderstood what I meant, and placed the glitter on the wrong end of my nail and I still was charged the extra $5. The positives: the nail person does an excellent job at painting nails. I really do appreciate the time, care, and precision.
