I really like The Factory. They've got customer service figured out. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. I am always a happy customer when I leave.

The customer service here is great. It is a small little place so make sure you don't miss it. I would definitely come back. Staff and my Brazilian was great.

Got my hair and makeup done today. Jana did my makeup and she was really friendly and seemed to genuinely care about making me look and feel nice. Hair also came out really nice but don't remember her name ( also really sweet). Great space and nice staff

I came in for my first Brazilian wax and was met with friendly staff and a super clean facility. My wax specialist Jana (I think that's her name ) was very informative and reassuring. Her sense of humor and knowledge really put me at ease. She is my go-to for all my waxing needs. I Highly recommend the services at the factory studio
