Every person I've had work on my hair has been super sweet. Almost unbelievably sweet. It's nice to get that type of treatment. That's why I keep going back.

While the staff was pretty nice, there were time that the stylists were chatting to each other while working with their customers which isn't very professional. When with a customer, please focus on her and save the chit chat with staff for later.

The blo out lounge is the only place I will go to get my hair and makeup done. All the girls are amazing and I have never been disappointed!
