This was a great workout with a great instructor. I loved the style and there was no pressure while still encouraging you to push yourself. The owner is really friendly and easy to talk to. They also really take pride in form and technique.

Love this place. Fernando is very attentive with everyone making sure they are doing the exercises correctly so there are no injuries. Everyone here is also very nice, making newcomers feel comfortable. I ended up purchasing a membership, so this is my new workout home.
