About Janette Poche LMT

Janette Poche is like a detective. With 21 years of investigative know-how, she ferrets out sources of tension and chronic pain with a trifecta of massage techniques—Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point. Just as each case is unique, Janette can blend these techniques at will according to the needs of each client, whether they are hoping to just relax, are recovering from an injury, or are prepping for an upcoming stint on a pogo stick. While she has a private massage studio within a nearby Pilates studio, she can take her operation on the road to clients' homes, offices, and campsites.
