In her early twenties, Denise Wheeler was injured in a car accident. Daily headaches and neck pain served as a constant reminder of the incident. The pain left her unable to concentrate on her college work, so she sought medical assistance from doctors and therapists. Nothing worked for her until she found a chiropractor, whose careful adjustments relieved her of pain and changed the course of her life. So whole was her recovery that it inspired her to become a chiropractor as well, and after many years of schooling, she opened Pelham Family Chiropractic.

Doctor of Chiropractic Wheeler addresses each patient’s issues on a case-by-case basis, examining medical history and symptoms and perusing x-rays before conducting her own orthopedic exams. Based on her findings, she provides patients with a clear diagnosis and recommends a course of treatment, which can consist of adjustments to correct subluxations or interventions to coax the hipbone and thighbone to just get along.
