About Allegria Massage

No two massage sessions are quite the same at Allegria Therapeutic Massage. Owner Shawna Guheen customizes each treatment for her client's goals, whether its pain relief or relaxation. She employs a personalized blend of techniques including neuromuscular therapy and holistic bodywork, such as Orthopedic Sports Massage. During these sessions, Ms. Guheen draws on a background that includes time at Florida’s Therapeutic Massage School and more than 500 hours of continuing education, or the length of one episode of Masterpiece Theatre. With over 20 years experience in medical massage, she has great success in treating injuries and relieving pain in addition to being a gifted healer holding certification in Pranic Healing and is a certified Reiki Master.
