About Apex Mountain Resort

Apex Mountain Resort, a national training centre for both aerials and moguls, sits in the heart of the Okanagan Valley in southern British Columbia, where its slopes are blanketed with 600 cm of light, powdery snow each season. The mountain features 1,112 skiable acres, with trails suited to all skill levels and a variety of glades and bowls, as well as two terrain parks.

A high-speed detachable quad travels up 2000 vertical ft. to the trails in 6.5 minutes. At the base of the mountain, they can stop at ski bars, coffee shops, general stores, and village amenities before leisurely skiing or snowboarding down the resort's longest trail, which is 5 km in length. The runs feature wide open glades, steep shoots, and groomed corduroy cruisers.

But there's more to the resort than just downhill riding. Outdoor enthusiasts can also ride at the tube park or embark on a snowshoe tour. The village offers a large variety of ski and stay accommodations for all budgets.
