5/5 stars. Brought my daughter in for her 1 year birthday portraits and the photographer Jess was so good with her. She kept the mood fun and happy and we were able to get a lot of good pictures of my happy girl smiling. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again

I was disappointed with my son’s graduation photo experience at JCPenney Portraits. Many of the photos were awkward half-body shots instead of proper full-body graduation poses, and several pictures came out blurry. The flooring used in the photos also looked very unprofessional. The vinyl backdrop flooring was visibly bunched up and wavy, which made the pictures look fake and poorly set up. Unfortunately, this issue is clearly visible in multiple photos. What upset me most was being told by the photographer that JCPenney “doesn’t send email links anymore” to order additional prints later, which was not true because I received the email link afterward. Because of that misinformation, I felt pressured into purchasing more photos on the spot, including blurry images and poses I wasn’t fully satisfied with. Graduation photos are special memories, and I expected much better quality, professionalism, and honesty during the experience.

Our photography -Courtney- was professional, patient, super cool and courteous! She gave great ideas for poses but then also kindly took my son's suggestions as well!

Alyssa did a nice job. It was quick and we got some nice shots!
