First, I'd like to say that this was not the best time of year to try to lose inches/weight. I haven't been exercising, and with the holidays, my diet hasn't been the greatest, but I still watch what I eat and I didn't gain any additional weight. However, with that said, I don't think I have seen any significant improvement in skin tightness which is what I was really hoping for, and I haven't lost any inches when I was measured after 6 treatments. So, I probably would not spend any additional money doing this.
