Perhaps to meet with the operator/owner first to go over the release form for the keratin process. Having this handed to a first-time client is a little off-putting, because it feels like a warning rather than information.

Enjoyed the friendly service while there, but the quality of the results were very poor. Very disappointed!
My highlights were poorly applied at the roots leaving me with streaks. My hair cut was uneven. I waited 40 mins for my stylist to show up while no one offered to help me, provided me a magazine, a glass of water etc. The stylist who washed my hair was rough and smacked my head into the sink twice while using cold water. Overall, I was there for 3 1/2 hours- I have never sat in a salon for that long while having my hair done. The store was also unkept.
The owner/stylist was so nice and apologetic, but I was there for 3 hours. 3 hours is way too long for partial highlights and a trim. I understand it was not her fault (the client she was working on apparently had very thick hair).
my niece really enjoyed it she got a haircut plus color I was payng for the haircut. The moment you walk into a Salon until the moment you leave is how I rate my experien I never felt as if I was welcomed there were 2 years to sit if you were getting your hair done but not if you were waiting for someone. I was in offered us seats or even a glass of water at the end of the service when I tip the stylist the owner never egknowledge to me said how was your experience please come back to just walk past me . most places would of said I hope you come back again I hope you had a good experience but the owner totally ignored me I definitely would not go back. she really liked grid customer skills
