Poor customer service spoiled the overall impression of a decent color and haircut. Took very long to get service, nobody spoke English (or pretended not to). Service was started by one person, then I was ignored for about an hour and finally another person finished the cut. Would not come back again, even for a good deal.

Poor service. charged $20 extra for hair pass my shoulders. I am Chinese but i pretended not to understand since i don't speak it very well. They are very Shady. Did my high lights too light and they only glazed the top of my hair and stated they usually charge for it when it was their mistake. It's all uneven since they didn't glaze the entire hair. I had to go home and redye my hair.
