RtRe They were terrible! My bf described it best with, "oh, they moved the dirt around." I took my shoes off before entering the house and my white socks became freshly dirty. They were surprised when I asked if they'd put plastic protectors under the feet of my furniture and the response was, "No, we don't have those but I think we should ask our boss to start using them because customers keep asking. " I ended up giving them my coasters to protect some damage-susceptible items. Other cleaners have Always vacuumed first but must also not be policy. I actually found pieces of dirt exactly where they were when I left. All this after being over 30 minutes late. They left cards for my neighbors ; which I promptly took down and threw away. I would never recommend them.
