I went in for my first session on laser hair removal on my face. Did not have to wait to long in the lobby before they called me back. They explained the procedure and possible side effects, aftercare, and how many treatments I will need. After the laser my skin was stinging a bit and was mildly red, less then an 30 min later it went away. Everyone was friendly, and helpful. Have no complaints.
