Staff very friendly and Alexis was amazing and caring. She was very gentle and honest. Everything was explained to me in detail. I was not rushed thru the process. Alexis took her time and made sure I was comfortable and understood every step.

Best wax experince I've ever had which says it all as bikini waxes can be painful and awkard at best.

Nice having Rio inside Suddenly Slimmer. Only compliant is that it was pleasant downstairs waiting but upstairs.for my wax the room was quite hot.
