The owner, Jessie is very customer service orientated, and has integrity. I would recommend this company to anyone and hope to see them do very well in the future. I am totally satisfied.

The business is in a fairly sketchy area so I highly recommend utilizing their mobile service. They did a great job on my Hummer making it look like it just drove off the showroom floor. I will be using Shine Pro again.

This was my 1st visit to Shine Pro. They are amazing. My 2010 auto looks brank new, inside and out including the engine. Perfect!

Called on July 13th for appt., scheduled for detail on July 23rd 9AM.....NO SHOW. Called Eric (The owner),
Says they had problems with scheduling program. Says the crew will show up at 4-5 pm. NO SHOW. Called Eric again....says they will be there the following day at 7am...NO SHOW

I had an appointment this morning at 9 am. I made the appointment over a week ago. They did not show up and I have still not been able to reach them. I have left phone and email messages and no response. Only an emergency trip to the hospital will be an acceptable excuse. I am selling this car and cannot wait for another appointment.

I scheduled an appointment for detailing for sunday, July 5th. 30 minutes before the meeting they called and said they don't have workers. He apologized and said he will send his mobile team on July 6th between 9-10AM. They never showed up. I tried to catch them all morning - nobody replied. Very bad customer service. Had to cancel the deal. Will never do business with this vendor.
